Refund and Rescheduling Policy

At Unfazed, we are committed to providing exceptional mental health services. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please review our refund and rescheduling policy:

Refund Policy

  • Single Session Refunds:
    • Refunds can only be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
    • No refunds will be issued for requests made within 24 hours of the session time.
  • Package Refunds:
    • Refunds will not be processed once any session in a package has been used.
    • Unused sessions in a package are non-transferable and non-refundable after the first session is availed.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Free Rescheduling:
    • Clients may reschedule their session for free up to 2 hours before the session time.
    • This free rescheduling option is available only once per session.
  • Rescheduling Fees:
    • For rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the session or after the free rescheduling opportunity has been used, a fee will apply:
      • INR 499/- for Indian clients.
      • $9.99 for International clients.

How to Initiate Refunds or Rescheduling

  • To request a refund or reschedule your session, please contact our support team via email at contact@unfazed.in or through our customer service portal.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
