At Unfazed, we are committed to providing exceptional mental health services. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please review our refund and rescheduling policy:
Refund Policy
- Single Session Refunds:
- Refunds can only be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
- No refunds will be issued for requests made within 24 hours of the session time.
- Package Refunds:
- Refunds will not be processed once any session in a package has been used.
- Unused sessions in a package are non-transferable and non-refundable after the first session is availed.
Rescheduling Policy
- Free Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule their session for free up to 2 hours before the session time.
- This free rescheduling option is available only once per session.
- Rescheduling Fees:
- For rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the session or after the free rescheduling opportunity has been used, a fee will apply:
- INR 499/- for Indian clients.
- $9.99 for International clients.

How to Initiate Refunds or Rescheduling
- To request a refund or reschedule your session, please contact our support team via email at contact@unfazed.in or through our customer service portal.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
